Yellow St. Augustine

I have Bitter Blue St. Augustine under Oak trees (partial shade) which is yellowing. I have applied Ironite and a fungicide and none have worked. WHat could be the problem? I have a serious problem with moles and grubs, would this be a contributing factor? THank you for your time.

Grubs will cause root damage and reduce the turf’s ability to suck up water, nutrients, etc and cause the symptoms you describe.
