Weeds and Poa

I have two acres of Vamont Bermuda that is 7 years old now. Can I spray round-up now to kill the poa and the weeds without killing my bermuda. Also can someone answer my other questions that I posted about how to calculate the N,P,K. It’s under another heading. Thanks, I’m trying to take care of my own yard.
