Thank You

I would like to start a Sod Farm or lease my land to an operator. I would possibly be interested in some type of joint venture also, but I am also attempting to get an idea of the start up costs as far as the equipment goes. What type of ground preparation needs to be done? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
