Mysterious black substance on Bermuda blades

I have a mysterious black substance that just came up on my bermudagrass blades that looks like tiny eggs of some sort. Anyone have a clue? It looks like a foot-long black streak about 15 feet long in my yard.

I have been doing some research cuz I have the same problem just this morning (after we fertilized a few days ago). If you run your hands over it, does it get dusty? If so, it is fungus.
