control St Augustine’s invading

I have a nice front yard covered by Bermuda. Unfortunately, St Augustine from my neighbor¡¯s yard starts to invade from day one. I have put divider but it can¡¯t stop the run-over. After two years struggling, part of my yard has been totally covered by St Augustine. I am wondering if there is an easy way to control it. Special chemical? Thanks
