After controlling summer weeds in my tif 419 lawn with msma, I would like to establish a good pre M maintenance schedule for fall and spring. What would be the recommended season to apply in Savannah, Georgia? Also is Benefin available in a granular form and under what name?

Apply preemergence herbicidesIn fall when nighttime temperatures drop to 55 – 60 degrees for several nights [~ end of September for Savannah?]
In spring when daytime temperatures are consistently in the 65 to 70 degree range for 4 or 5 days
