I am trying to find a product called Turtlegrass. I found it once and now can’t seem to locate it anywhere. I live in Arizona and need to plant it right away before the temps go over 100.

vgall3, you might be looking for a highly hyped product called TurtleTurfhttp://www.turtleturf.com
TurtleTurf is a registered trademark of Quality Turf, Inc. of California.
I have been told by an informed source that it is a variety of Koeleria pyramidata (= Koeleria cristata), Prairie Junegrass, a native grass especially of the northern Great Plains of North America, but widely distributed in prairies, open woods, and even alpine areas throughout the western US and Canada, and extending across the provinces and northern states as far east as Labrador.
The species was discussed in more detail:https://turfgrass.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/000030.html
The species does not tolerate warm humid conditions. I don’t know about the desert, if that’s what you are describing.
