ok, i live in west texas… summer gets on average 100… i am looking at the amazoy zoysia, but do not want to waste money (as i am a teacher who doesnt have much..) is this a good product for a sandy hot climate? any help would be greatly appreciated.. (if you respond via email.. please put zoysia as the subject..i have a tendancy of deleting if unrecognized..) thanks so much!

I almost forgot Do Not over water. Floratan /Seville all strains of St. Augustine are suseptible to fungus from over…
