Before my lawn was all green now it is showing uneven growth . I am having some dead blades in between the good ones. I have check for chinch bugs and cannot find one. What do you think is the problem. I water it daily 2 time a day. Early AM and late PM.

Hard to tell from your description exactly what the turf is doing. However, I suspect you are over watering. Try cutting back on the water [water ½ hour every day for a week early in the day, then cut back to every other day for a week or two, and then try to water only when the grass show signs of wilt (goes off color, leaves fold, footprints show. Take a look at some of the topics in the Florida Lawn Handbook;

Don’t water at night. That is when insects are out more and fungic are more likely to develope
