Is there any way to remove the wild bermuda grass that is invading my St. Augustine from my neighbor’s yard?

Good luck! To the best of my knowledege there is no way to remove bermuda from St. Augustine without severely damaging or killing the St.Augustine. If the areas you are talking about are small, you could spray the bermuda with several application of Round-up which should kill everything in that area and then replace that area with new St. Augustine sod. If the bermuda is a common type bermuda that produces a viable seed, I would also recomend applying a preemergent herbicide to prevent any further germination of bermuda seed.
