new centipede sod install

My husband and I had to finish putting in sod to complete our lawn in a house we just bought in Sept. 06′. The original landscaper came in and finished. The sod looks very choppy and has alot of brown in it. Some areas are completely brown, despite my husbands constant watering. We’ve applied Milorganite and triazine. Next he said to put down atrazine. We are not very confident about this job. We feel like we are going to fight to have the sod that appears dead replaced. Do you think it may come back? Also, is it normal for this sod to look so lumpy and bumpy? We live in Georgia. Thanks.
