Lime Green/Yellow Floritam Lawn

I live in SW Florida and have an established Floritam Lawn since Jan 2002. It is maintained by a professional gardner who just recently (last month or so) weeded for dollar weeds, which have disappeared. At the same time the lawn was fertilized and the lawn is predominately a vibrant green color.
I now notice that in a area of my back lawn that the grass is a Lime Green/yellow color, which leads me to believe that it is lacking something. There is no dead grass anywhere on my lawn. My gardener is telling me that it is normal but, I am not so convinced that it is.
Would appreciate any comments or suggestions about this “problem”.
Thanks

Consider possible IRON application.Iron will GREEN UP St. Augustine.Atrazine application will on occasion turn it yellow, will grow out shortly if that happened.A shot gun approach of using an all purpose ,complete with minors fertilzer such as MIRACLE GROW in water weekly will cure a lot of off color ills.
