i need a picture

here’s the situation;

i killed my entire yard with roundup and seeded it with bermuda seed. i think it’s starting to come up but i’m not sure. does anyone know where i can find a picture of bermuda grass sprouts?? i’m sorry for such a stupid question but i’ve been searching the internet for 2 days and can’t find pictures of anything but pictures of mature grass.

i like the site by the way and thanks for any inputs.

I don’t have a picture but if I remember correctly, initially, they looked kind of like a crabgrass seedling for about a day or two. They then started to look like a miniature version a mature bermudagrass plant.

so, it should look like a broadleaf grass at first. that matches what i’m seeing. i have found quit a bit of nutsedge coming up which is what i’m trying to get rid of for the most part. i’ve been hand pulling it as i see it come up. i’m also seeing some of the very distinctive bermuda blades coming up.
