Zoysia VS. St.Augustine

Please help us, we don’t know what to do!
We have just moved to our first house, the previous owner put a really nice Zoysia grass everywhere, but now it is dying under the invasion of St.Augustine grass from our both neighbors. I can’t find something selective to kill only St.Augustine in our Zoysia (we have a lot of this St.Augustine ) We don’t want to lose our Zoysia, please help!
Thank you a lot

2,4-D is another one. Excluding atrazine, most weed killers labeled for zoysia will kill St Augustine.
Best of luck to you.
