I live 40 miles NW of Birmingham,Alabama and will be laying Zeon sod in the next couple of weeks. Shade is an issue but hopefully I will have enough sunlight. Should have 4-5 hrs direct light. Does anyone have any Zeon and if so what kind of results have you had?

I installed zeon straight fromt the farm about 3 weeks ago in an area that gets 4-5 hours of sun. In the heavy erosion area, I laid sod and plugged the more stable area. Everything is nice and green. It hasn’t started spreading in the plugged area yet, but that’s to be expected. It rooted pretty quick and I’ve gone 4 days without watering (after the initial 2 weeks of watering) and it still looks nice and green.

Where is your source for the Zeon sod? I am north of Huntsville and searching for some.
