when to apply Ironite/Milorganite on Empire Zoysia?

Yesterday (5/6/10) I laid down Lesco 15-3-7 fertilizer (with 2.5% iron) on my empire turf zoysia lawn. My question is how soon can I put down Ironite or Milorganite (either 4.5% or 4% iron) to help my lawn “green” up? Which one is recommended or should I just not even bother?

I only do this if I see yellow streaks in the blades.
