Texas 419

Need help with 419 in the fall here in Texas. Very dry conditions with little rain and a lot of city water as a water source. 2 different applications of a heavy nitrogen fertilizer so far this year(maybe too much).
Just wondering what I should put on next. I did have 12 yards of landscaping soil dumped in a large pile on the grass. After the soil was completely remove from the grass, the grass that was covered was the greenest and darkest in the entire yard.
Your help is appreciated.

The area that had soil dumped on it- came back nice because the old stems and runners were buried, and this forced all new growth. Bermuda likes to be top dressed, so go ahead and do the whole yard if you want. Mow short, and top dress with a 1/4 inch layer of top soil or sand. Fertilize with a balanced food (15-15-15).
