I think I have tarr. I’m in a 4yr old home. When I moved in it had new sod put down. The first year I found a brown spot that continued to grow. My lawn guy sent it to UF and it came back as tarr.. I disregarded. I have replaced a 20X30 ft sq of my backyard 3 yrs straight. Any suggestion?…Also, the area where the grass keeps dieing has a very hard soil under it. maybe hardpan from retention pond from behind my house.
