Hello,
I live in SW Louisiana and I believe I have and case of “Take All Root Rot” in my front yard (http://www.aces.edu/pubs/docs/A/ANR-0823/ANR-0823.pdf). I would like a second option on the matter just to make sure I am treating the yard for the correct problem. See pics below:

I plan to use Banner Maxx to treat this condition, anyone have experience with this product?

Yep, Thats Take All. Banner Maxx, Disarm G Or Heritage G will work wonders.
