squirell tearing up my lawn

How do i get rid of squirell’s? they are digging up my lawn!Any Help Would Be appreciated. is thier anything you can put on the lawn to keep them away or mb somthing that is ultra sonic? plz help and let me know where i can get the product that will get rid of the damm squirell. My email adress is
