Seashore Paspalum

Looking for firsthand information on using this type of grass for a lawn in the Jacksonville Florida area. The links to various web pages look good, but I want some first hand info for maybe someone who has used. When is the correct time to plant this type of grass?

I have no experience with this “new” grass, but have seen a few examples which appear to do well in NW Florida. Only suggestions I have is look at what the Florida Lawn Handbook has to say:http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/TOPIC_Seashore_Papsalum
