Restarting my lawn

I live in McKinney Texas, north of Dallas and south of Sherman.
My lawn is mostly Bermuda, with lots of dallis grass and johnson grass. I do have two large bradford pears in the front that produce 3-4 hours of shade so the lawn is now showing bare spots.
What I would like to do is replant the yard with a nice 2-4 inch grass that is shade and full sun tolerant as well as can handle moderate drought conditions. I can move 1-2 times a week, but I really would like to not do much weed control.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a good choice in grass variety?
