DENDROBIUMS ARE AIR PLANTS LIKE MOST ORCHIDS, PLANTED IN LOOSE ORGANIC MATTER BARK OR PEAT. I USE BLACK HEN FERTILIZER THAT I ORDER AT A LOCAL NURSERY
