new grass

I just cleared about 1/2 acre of land. It is pretty sandy but everything seems to grow in it. I live in Houston, Texas and its starting to get warm its getting intto the 90s already and the humidity is High. What type if any grass can I plant now. I have a sprinkler system so daily watering is not a problem. Please help if possible I would like to plant asap.
