Murray riding lawnmower issues.

I purchased a Murray 18HP 42 inch cut Murray riding lawnmower form Home Depot apprz 9 months ago. Afte a while it started to cut unevenly as I noticed large chunks taken out of my yard. I sent it to get repaired and it still did the same thing. It only happened when I was cutting on a hill or slight grade going parallel with the hill. Has anybody out there has the same issues with a Murray? I checked the carriage and everything else under the mower. Did I just buy a dog of a riding mower??

you’ve got a dog. but still, it has to be doing something very wrong- did you bend something underneath? just guessing.
