mole crckets??

I have bermuda grass in south Louisiana, but recently it looks as if it is thinning in places and everywhere there are small mounds that look like tiny ant hills. I have tried Diazinon and a liquid as well, but after just a few days the small mounds are back. What is it and how can I cure this??

Mole crickets are very diffficult to get rid of. There are sveral choices on pesticides. Best choce if you can get your hands on it is Dursban for an over the counter remedy.But best choice is to have a professional apply Talstar from FMC. That seems to work the best.
