Lawn Grass, Austin TX

I have about 4000sqft of lawn that I am not real happy with in Austin TX, I was interrested in Zoysia Grass but have read to many problems with that stuff, so… I want to have a lush green lawn, soft, and full, that can be mowed fairly low 2-3″ deep at most, that I dont have to spend every weekend mowing, I am willing to do some work for a year or 2 but end state is I want a grass that is hearty, and will regenerate itself in the event that them darn grubs crawl back in from a neighbors yard. Any recommendations, I have a couple of spots that are brown/dirt from grub problem last year, and I want my yard uniform and full What grass do I need?

If you find the grass you searching for, let me know. I could use about 30,000 square feet of it.
