Korean Grass (Zoysia Tenuifolia)

I live in a suburb of Philadelphia and am interested in using Korean grass to cover some of my property. I have used it in California, but I do not know if it is viable in the Philly, PA area.
If this variety will not work here, is there a cold tolerant variety that will and still has the major properties of Zoysia Tenuifolia?
