Italian rye or quack grass

I think I have either italian rye or quackgrass growing in my St. Augustine. I had it sodded in November and now this weed is going crazy. Is there a way to rid my lawn of this organically? Does it die when tmeperatures here in Tampa reach the upper 80’s and 90’s?
