How to eradicate centipede grass, replace with bahaia?

I need to totally eradicate all the centipede grass in a beautiful, established lawn of 2 acres. I need to establish bahaia or bermuda grass in its place, as centipede is not appropriate for grazing horses. Any suggestions on the best way to rid the pasture of centipede and get the bahaia going instead? I live in NW Florida, and the centipede thrives in this area; I’ve been told it will be hard to kill!

You might start out with clover seed. Actually before that, stop mowing the centepede to let it thin out some. Then follow up with the clover seed to shade out the grass.
I would get a mix of clover seeds. Some will do better but you can’t know which ones without trying them. Be sure they are inoculated with rhyzobium to capture the nitrogen.
