In the spring,I sodded with Bermuda. It looked great for 2-3 months but then I noticed large brown spots. Idetermined I had bug so I applied bug killer. It worked. However, as the summer progressed, the lower portion of my lawn is brown and onlt the tops are green. I mow to 1 1/2 inches with a push mower. I have sprinkler system that waters every other day.
Dollar weeds are everywhere so I have just applies Scotts Turf Builder Plus Two weith weed killer.n
What is causing the browning of the underpart of the grass?

Why do you water every other day? Your Bermuda should recieve about 1″ per week.
