Gray fungus on bermuda

I have a gray fungus spreading rapidly across my lawn. It grows on the blades and when sprayed with water releases a black dust. What is this and how do I get rid of it? Is it harmful?
Climate: mid 90’s during day mid 70’s at night. Rain several times per week.
I have not fertilized since early spring and do not water the lawn because of all the rain.
