CHIGGERS!!!!! I NEED HELP

I have recently bought a hunting camp. It had been sitting up for a couple of years. So my husband and I go to clean it up and we all, well kids and I come home with chiggers. We got rid of them on us ALMOST after itching for DAYS, IT WAS HORRIBLE, lol so now we have to treat the yard. cause im not going back up there til its done. Does anyone know what lawn treatment we can use to kill them? PLEASE HELP!!!!
