Centipede weed

I put in new centipede last Sept in south georgia and it was able to establish. I used Lesco Pre-M about Nov & then again in March. Still have quite a few weeds now. Last weekend used Lesco three way. Do I need to re-apply Pre-M?

Also, had a bunch of crabb grass in turf in fall. Anything effective on this? I have heard 3 way will only brown it for awhile. I thought about spot treating it with roundup.

Lastly, although the Pre-M has some fertilizer, the grass is patchy yellow (caloric). I am thinking of getting a soil test to see what’s missing. Or can I use a low dose fertilizer like 10-10-10?
