Bermuda Sod (Tiffway, U-3 or Patriot)

Just looking for some non biased opinions
I just built a new house in Northwest Arkansas. My yard will be about 36,000 sq feet of sod. I am defenitely going with bermuda b/c I have full sun and no shade.
I love the way tiffway looks b/c of its dark green color and thickness. I am afraid that I will have to mow it 3 times a week though to make it look good.
There is a somewhat new bermuda called Patriot that is (or so the grower says) more cold tolerant than tiffway and still has the same or near the same look.
My final contestant is U-3 bermuda. It seems to be more like a common bermuda with finer blades.
Has anyone ever worked with any or all of these and could you give me some pros and cons of each?
Thanks,
