Bermuda grass has brown spots after Turfbuilder

I applied Turfbuilder with weed control about 6 weeks ago. Now I have these large brown patches in my front yard. I applied the Summerguard with 2% iron last week, and my grass is much greener, however the brown patches are still there. When I run my hand across it, it’s like hay. I don’t know what to do. I am on water restriction and can only water on T, Th and Sunday.
