Bahia or Dallisgrass

We maintain 200 properties. I am having issues with 6 of them. On their 7 day mowing cycle some of the grass is 12 inches tall. It is very “reedy” and has seed heads. It looks like Dallisgrass, but I was wondering if it was Bahia. I need to get it under control, fortunately we noticed before most of our customers did. They want us to put together a plan for ridding the tall seed heads form the properties. Weather is Afternoon showers T-storms and 93-97 during the day, 70-80 % humidity.
