Just looking for suggestions.
I am building a new house so that means new lawn.
I have floratam now but I am looking to get something a little finer for the new lawn.
I am in Hudson, Fl which is just north of Tampa and about 2 miles from the coast.
I don’t mind some maintenance but am not looking to have a high maintenance lawn.
Any Ideas?
