I have narrowed my decision to these two. Can anyone comment on the pro’s and con’s of one vs the other?
I live 30 miles north of San Antonio, Texas and have full sun to about 3:00pm.

This truely depends on a lot of factors. Best thing I can recommend is reading the article on St Augustine grass on the UF website. They do a pretty good job of discussing the pro’s and con’s of each cultivar.
