I live in north central Massachusetts in Templeton. I need to know what is the best type of grass is best for my three problem areas. I've tried everything and was just about to buy the Zoysia grass through the mail when I found this site. Whew! OK, my problem areas are: 1) I have a shaded area along the entire front of my house on the North side which never sees direct sunlight but has some grass growing here. 2) Along the southern edge along the pine trees I keep having moss take over. I tried the Scotts Moss control and it works for a little while but it is very expensive. 3) over my septic tank where the soil is not very deep and tends to dry out quickly. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance, Jim
