Zoysia Seed or Plug?

I live in Florida, Tampa area, and I am cosidering installing Zoysia in my yard. I have St. Augustine in my yard now and It is getting patcy and to me it just dosen’t look good. I have looked at www.zoysia.com and considered there plugs, however I dont like the fact that it will take 2-3 years for full coverage. I also looked at www.lawngrasses.com and considered the seed option as well. After reading posts about both of these methods and the people unhappy with zoysifarms.com and the others that say seeding is not the way to go with this type of grass, I am still undecided about wich method would be better. Any help in making my decision easier would be great. Thanks in advance, Adam
