Zoysia Grass Green All Year Round?

I live in Maryland where we receive all 4 seasons sometimes to extremes. Most of the yards with zoysia planted are noticable brown shortly after the first frost and take quite a while in the spring to green up.
A friend at work told me he read an ad for a type of zoysia that stays green year round. Sounds like fiction to me but have any of you heard of such a thing?
ThanksBrad

That is fiction. I live in Atlanta with mild winters and my zoysia goes brown when it gets cold. In the back yard I have emerald zoysia sod and I love it. In the front yard I try every kind of zoysia sod, seed, plugs to see what was the best for me. It all turns brown at the same time.
