Zoyisa Farm,I order grass form their and it did not take ,but when I called the lady I spoke with was really helpful and nice and they were willing to replace the grass .I have been told that it helps if your yard is well watered before planting them that way the root have a better chance of taken .

I am not sure yet I have not gotten my replacement plugs yet but will keep you posted of my results.
