Zoysia El Toro vs Palisades????

The Burmuda grass in my back yard is gone and my landscaper suggested El Toro Zoysia. He is unable to furnish the El Toro for two more weeks, and he is suggesting using Zoysia Palisades as a replacement. Any thoughts on the comparison of the two varieties particularly in drought, full sun and partial shade.
Thank you.

I live in Houston and went with the Palisades. Looking at the two you could not tell the difference. They are very similar. Palisades greens up quicker and is more tolerant of wet conditions. That’s why I went with it.
