Zoysia Central Texas

I am getting close to completing a new house in College Station and will be moving in around June 10th. I’d like to put in a Zoysia lawn but I have some concerns/questions.
A little background—Front and side yards get ~ 4 to 5 hrs. sun. I have many small trees, but I’m willing to clear some room for Zoysia. Back yard is more open and probably gets 5-7 hours of sun. Also our water is known for being somewhat high in sodium. Here are my questions:1. Is there a variety that is best suited for central Texas, and College Station in particular?
2. Seed or Sod? and is it better to start a seed lawn at this time of the year or is sod better? I am not afraid of starting from seed but I wonder if anyone in my area has established a yard from seed.
3. Is this a good time of year to put a Zoysia lawn down in Central Texas? Would seed have a better chance or less of a chance to survive getting established this time of year?
4. Can anyone recommend a sod farm with Zoysia in my area that I can visit?
