yellow clumpy fungus on st agustine grass

I have lived in sugar land texas for since1967. I had never seen this type of funguson my grass.Please help me figure out whatthis is. It start in a small clump but nowit is spreading three time as mush. Everymorning there is more and more clump. It almost looks like corm meal, but in clumps.

it’s a fungus- just try a regular type of fungicide it should work. seen it alot in houston particularly in flower beds
