White stuff on the tips of the grass blades

Just recently we put out pre-emergent, and now we are noticing some white stuff at the tips of the blades. Could this be related or something else we either need to treat or will just go away? Maybe a mold or something?

I too just put down the crabgrass prevent… and noticed white stuff located on the tip of the grass blades. I live in central Connecticut.
