what type of grass for north central florida is best

We need to plant some type of grass around our home in north central florida. The soil itself is sandy and was cleared some years ago of trees and other vegetation, so most of the ground cover has not grown back. I was thinking about St. Agustine. Any help would be appreciated.

We sell a lot of FLORATAM for use in North Central Florda>This is the standard St.Augustine variety,but requires full sun.No shade.Other varietys are available,but slightly more expensive.Floratam is easily found.

If FLORITAM is that easy to find in Nirth Central Florida, why am I having such a hard time locationg it? Any suggestions?
