Does anybody make a product that is a weed control + insect control + fertilizer for St. Augustine/Floratame. i.e. application in one pass instead of two

I sincerely hope not because that could be the most useless product ever. There isn’t just one magic herbicide for St. Augustine sod, nor should you be applying random insecticides if you either have no existing problem, or don’t know what you are treating for. I have seen fertilizer with Talstar(insecticide) in it, and of course there is St. Augustine weed and feed with atrazine in it. But unless you have some sort of serious problem, you shouldn’t be attempting to apply all that at once in the first place.
