Turfgrass in Utah

I have a nasty, uneven, high maintenance bluegrass lawn. Soon, this will be a memory replaced by a nice level grass-free yard. I plan to seed in the next few weeks and I’m searching for information and/or research on drought tollerant grasses. So far Turtle Turf looks promising. Any suggestions???

Kentucky Blue requires tons of water but it seems to be the main choice in this area. You’d think there would be more information available from local sources about a ‘water wise’ turfgrass.
